  • "Tokens" means the digital currency used within our platform for bidding and transactions.

3. Registration and Eligibility

To participate in our auctions, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Complete the registration process on our website.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Purchase tokens as required for bidding.

4. Auction Process

All auctions are conducted according to the following rules:

  • All bids are final and cannot be retracted once placed.
  • The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be the buyer.
  • McKenzie Properties Auction TRNC reserves the right to withdraw any property from auction at any time.
  • In the event of a dispute, the decision of McKenzie Properties Auction TRNC is final.

5. Tokens and Payments

Tokens are subject to the following terms:

  • Tokens must be purchased through our platform.
  • Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Tokens have no value outside of our platform.
  • McKenzie Properties Auction TRNC reserves the right to modify the token system at any time.

6. Property Information

While we strive to provide accurate information about properties offered for auction, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of such information. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

McKenzie Properties Auction TRNC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
